Jamie Flatman - Consultant Partner, Land and Planning - Reading Office

Jamie Flatman came into the property industry in 1976. The first 11 years were spent in Estate Agency with the then Home Counties giant A.C.Frost and Co, eventually specialising in Land and planning and moving into the property development arena in 1987. Jamie has worked in property both in the UK and in Europe, and when not submerged in his role as Senior Partner of The Flatman Partnership and Chairman of AJF Catering, his time is spent in land assembly, planning and other professional work allied to the house building industry.

Tracy Flatman - Partner, New Homes Sales - Reading Office

After qualifying in Business Studies in 1986, Tracy Flatman worked in Banking and then the Financial Services sector allied to domestic property transactions. Tracy has co-owned businesses since 1995, always taking a positive and salient public interface position. These days, as an equity Partner in the business and with a huge interest in interior design, she specialises in the marketing and sales of new homes.

Michael Flatman - Partner, Lettings - Reading Office

Michael Flatman's sincere and focused approach to the industry and his clients' needs made him top achiever of repeat business in 2009. Heavily in to physical fitness, Mike grew up locally, completed his A levels at Maiden Erlegh, and came into the industry in 2002, taking an equity partnership with the firm in 2006.

Adrian Durrant - Property Management - Reading Office

Following the successful completion of his degree at Liverpool JM University, Adrian moved into the property industry in 2006. The key aspects of Adrian's job are compliance and accounting, ensuring that all our properties adhere to the strict industry regulations and, more importantly, that rents are received and paid on time and in full. Adrian is also responsible for the maintenance of our managed properties, providing rapid and reliable response to maintenance issues through a well established relationship with our growing team of contractors.

Sylvia Crouch has spent more than 45 years in accounts and administration, she has a warm and maternal approach to life, taking in her stride the demanding task of keeping the administration work up to date behind our busy sales and lettings teams. She also runs the accounting function for our sister company AJF Catering.

Nick Barker - Partner, Manager of Langley Branch - Langley Office

Partner Nick Barker heads the team of sales and lettings at our Langley office. Nick has vast experience and in depth knowledge of the Langley and Slough property market having left Burnham Grammar school in 1982 to work as a trainee negotiator at a busy Slough town centre agency.

Nick is responsible for all new business and his calm and helpful nature will ensure your property experience is a pleasurable one.

Trudy Rudge - Office Manager of Langley Office - Langley Office

Before joining our Langley team office manager office Trudy spent 20 years working in the banking sector. Her cheerful personality together with her high energy, drive and enthusiasm means she is able to offer the highest level of customer service at all times.

Trudy really is an excellent administrator, very customer focused and her attention to detail is second to none.

Pam Holliday - Lettings Administrator - Langley Office

Pam Holliday is our lettings administrator and looks after all our maintenance issues at our Langley office. Pam has an organised and professional approach to her work which is essential in helping tenants and landlords in their hour of need.

The Flatman Partnership Sponsors Loxwood Park Rangers

Loxwood Park Rangers have been playing in the Reading Sunday League for almost 25 years, and currently boast Partner Michael Flatman at the centre of defence. During their early years the club reached the final of the John Lusted Cup, and more recently claimed the Division Two East title. At that stage Loxwood had two teams with over 40 players signed on, and their future was assured when the club teamed up with talented U16 outfit Loddon Valley Rangers as their feeder team.

With manager Jason Harris and club treasurer Brian Smith working tirelessly behind the scenes, Loxwood Park Rangers are still one of most welcoming and well run clubs in the league. They have made a solid start to the season this year, and with the average age of their team now down in the mid 20s, the future looks bright.
